I had a few issues with a tenant in a commercial building I own. The managing agents opinion was that, " it's a grey area " .
I contacted Joel at Nutshell Property for his opinion. Joel listen to my concerns , read the lease and stated the matter was very clear in the lease, it's totally the tenants responsibility. Joel drafted a reply , which was sent to the tenant , issue solved !!!
I have now appointed Nutshell Property as Managing Agent.
