It has been approximately 2+ years since going to a hairdresser as I have been burnt that many times and was pretty much cutting my own hair. A lot of hairdresser just don't listen to what you are asking for and I have even taken in pictures as a guide. I got my hair cut a couple of weeks ago by a hairdresser from below shoulder length to short style by another hairdresser thinking I would risk it again, but yet again, not what I wanted. So, feeling depressed, thought I have to get this fixed so took one more punt on it and stumbled across this word by mouth. Well, looking at the reviews for Nu-Cut Salon and that other clients had the same issues as what I experienced, decided I would go for it as I had nothing left to loose, given the situation. Well, I can not believe it, I was literally emotional about the most wonderful haircut I have had. Maggie is not only a very pleasant person to talk to, but when she is cutting she is totally focused. I have always wanted a inverted cut at the back of my hair but every other hairdresser made a dogs breakfast of it looked like rats had attacked it. Maggie is without a doubt a very professional, down to earth honest person and no fussy about. She knows women and she has a natural instinct of what you want and delivers. I have finally found my hairdresser. Thank you universe for delivering me to Maggie at Nu-Cut Salon. Oh! and nearly forgot to add that when I went to pay for this wonderful haircut, I had anticipated around $100 + dollars, given that she is in the centre of town. I nearly feel over, $49 was the price and of top of that, she was giving all her customers and easter egg. What more can I say. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME

I have been going to this salon for around 5 years based on the positive reviews it received. It can be difficult to find a trusted hairdresser but Maggie, the salon owner, is an extremely experienced hairdresser who is expert with styling, colour and foils. I have always received great service and have been thoroughly pleased with Maggie's excellent work. Not only can you rely on this salon for professional results, you will be pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices.

Megi is the best hair dresser I’ve ever had.
I’ve been seeing her since I was 5 and now I’m 20. she always does an outstanding job for not a lot of money at all!! She fixes my hair when I try and do a home job and dyes it very evenly. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone else.

[Removed name] distroyed my color with an inappropriate toner selection and application. From creamy blonde I became cold ash/grey (totaly wrong from my skin complexion). [Removed name] doesn't know modern color and colouring techniques....I dont recommend this salon.

Maggie is the best hairdresser I've ever known in Australia. She knows what's best for you and what style fits your face shape best. The price here is quite reasonable and there's nothing to complain about the service. Definitely would come here next time when I need a haircut!

I cannot recommend Maggie highly enough. She has always done a fantastic job treating, cutting and styling my hair, all for a much better price (approx $50) than any equivalent salons in the area (which all have prices starting at around $80 for the same process). Maggie is very good at identifying different hair types and face shapes to recommend a style that will suit each customer. I've told all my friends and family to go to Nu-Cut and no one has been disappointed so far. Five stars!

I have been going to Maggie for about 7 years and have been very happy with the way she cuts, colours and styles my hair. She is also reasonably priced. I have been more than happy to recommend her to my friends.

Maggie is friendly and attentive. She cut my hair perfectly and the colour was what I have been looking for, for some time. Her pricing is extremely reasonable too :) There were some technical problems with her heating but she made sure clients had a small heater each keeping us warm.
