We recently stayed here for our family holiday, booking through Wotif was no problems at all a great experience.
We checked in with no problems either, however we were given a room with only 1 double bed and no bed for the kids.
We had booked a room with 2 double beds. The kids slept on the sofa bed for 1 night and then they upgraded us to another room for the other night, with 2 double beds, which was much better.
The service we received from the Hotel staff was really friendly and they were really apologetic.
The rooms were really clean spotless to the say it clearly.
Could not fault them. It was great as I am a clean freak.
The Ocean view room was amazing just stunning especially in the morning.
Parking was just downstairs from the hotel.
It was way too cold to use the pool, and we didn't take up the buffet breakfast on this offer so cannot comment on this.
Our stay was most comfortable.
We will visit again.

Had a wonderful stay and attended a wonderful wedding, friendly staff and yummy food. The location is central and of course right on the beach, we had a lovely room with a balcony and great view, be back soon
The Novotel is great! Ive stayed here too and the rooms are always clean and well appointed.
I have stayed here a number of times and have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The room has always been clean, and i have never had any problems to date. The lobby bar area is always good, with good service and good food and drinks. Lovely area too!
extremely friendly and professional staff,very helpful,rooms beautiful and clean,food very nice and may be slightly expensive for some but good value/quality.Very family friendly and right across the road from the beach.

I have stayed here a few times now with family, friends and on a work conference. I have always enjoyed my stay - the accommodation is lovely and the food is sensational! Great place to stay!! :)
Have stayed here overnight, Really nice rooms, LAte Check in OKAY!! night staff really friendly, in the morning you can go eat an all you can eat breakfast buffet!! Loves it... Extremly nice food, Drinks a bit pricey but hey who cares your on holidays!!!
