Craig is a wealth of knowledge and whilst I live a little far from his shop, he has been nothing but responsive and knowledgable to help me diagnose a few issues Ive had.
I wish he had a shop here in Sydney but can highly recommend him to those on the coast / Newcastle region.

Came in here to get a service done on both my wife and my car. It was a Saturday so we went off to grab breakfast, got our courtesy call and went back. You can't beat the price by these guys and the honesty. Definitely will be getting our cars done here from now on.

As a non mechanically minded person I have complete trust that Matt will look after me and my car. He will only do what is needed to keep the car safe and ensures if there is any problem that may start to come up (brakes getting low, timing belt next service etc) I am warned ahead of time.

Craig totally blows the saying 'you can't pay someone to care' out of the water. In the decade me and my family have been using him for all our mechanical work, he has been friendly, helpful, professional and always very well priced.

I go to Craig and the boys for all the work I need done to my car. The boys are quick and and great to deal with cannot see myself using another mechanic again the boys know exactly what's wrong with my car and get my approval before they commence any work deffinately the best service in Newcastle highly recommend them to everyone!

Took my Supra for a service and Rego,cost less than half the price than my last mechanic. found them to be friendly and professional and actually new what they were talking about when it comes to Turbo's unlike my last mechanic.

I found these guys here on womo after spending large sums on regular services, and hoping to read what I did on the other reviews. They did not disappoint. Almost $300.00 cheaper than the cheapest of my last 4 services. Matt also did something that other mechanics would not - suggested a $60 work-around for a problem that, had I insisted on a make/model specific (read warranty required) fix would have cost me another $300, or potentially more. Lovely people, fast and - thank all the gods of automobiles - cheap!

Very friendly staff, so cheap for a service I honestly believe they should charge more I used to pay other mechanics $200-400 for a service and then be given a list of other things they said needed done.

My car had been to 3 mechanic shops to fix a miss fire all 3 mechanics told me I needed computer, coils and wiring. Quoted me over $1500 my friend recommend Nova Auto innovations and to see craig or matt turns out there was a broken wire they not only fixed the car in 1 hour they only charged me $80 . My new mechanics for life

Quick turn around on job, radiator flush out, professional, respectable, polite, friendly. Overwhelmed with my experience with them, I have never come across a mechanic who are so professional. I went to them to get a second opinion, and they managed to do the job with a discount and in half the time.

I can say my experience with Craig and his team over the past 5 years has been nothing but positive. I had six years of dealership servicing with high costs and Craigs servicing was a fraction of the cost. Nothing is ever a problem to Craig. I was broken down on the side of the road and he came out and got me going and if I just dropped in with a problem, he was always there to help me. Being Female this is reassuring to me. I found them to be honest and competent mechanics. I can highly recommend.

They were fast, friendly and efficient. The staff didnt treat me any different because I was a woman nor was I mucked around. I went in for a pink slip and was given an honest assessment of the car in a under half an hour. Very impressed.

nova was recommended to me by a another courier after i was sick of getting ripped off by a major car servicing/dealership company not to mention any names, if a problem occurs i call them & my van is seen to asap the guys get to work sorting out the problem i have been there quite alot in the past few months,having my van serviced then finding out i had been getting water/rust in my diesel & only last week i had to replace the starter motor probably due to the water in the tank.The guys are very friendly and explain what they have done i can really trust nova with my work van.
unlike the last customer i had a total different experience a dealership had been charging thousand to repair my work van and still hadn't fixed it after2 weeks everyday it was off the road cost me alot of money a friend recommend Craig and the boys they had my van back on the road in 2 hours instead of weeks and charged me $200 very very grateful

Craig, the owner of Nova Auto Innovations, is such a lovely, genuine person, you can't but help feeling comfortable leaving your precious car in his hands. I have unfortunately in my time come across so many cons that take advantage of a woman, so it was very refreshing to find someone that I seriously can trust and would recommend to any car-novice. Craig has saved me heaps and it's great to have confidence in may aging car now that I have finally found a trustworthy mechanic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Friendly, knowledgeable,mechanics, good workmanship, know their cars and products , go out of their way to be helpful and cheap but reliable. Can find the problem with your car when others cannot.
