I had Northern Carpet Care clean my carpet and I certainly recommend them. The technician explained in a friendly manner what he was doing and he ARRIVED ON TIME.

We had 4 rooms of carpet Steam Cleaned and what came out of the tank we thought he was top dressing the lawn for us. We would cheerfully recommend Rick [the man] who came and his wonderful bosses. The finished job was fantastic.

I had Northern Carpet Care do vacate carpet clean after I moved out of a rental. Rick did a fantastic job getting stains out of carpet. His customer service was excellent and I would no hesitations recommending his service to anyone. The cost was very reasonable and Rick was very pleasant to deal with.

We had seven rooms cleaned last week. We are very pleased with the result. Stains and dirty marks were expertly treated, and furniture and corners were well protected. We appreciated Rick's call to say he was running ten minutes late. This coutesy makes such a difference! The work was done quickly and efficienty. We will certainly use Northern Carpet Care again, and will recommend them to our friends.

Had another carpet cleaner come and do a very ordinary job and had bad customer service, decided to give Norrthern Carpet Care a go. They did an excellent job of removing a wine and coffee stain. Am getting them back to do the whole house at the Seaport soon and every cleaning job after that.

Had 5 rooms carpet cleaned and the guys were fast, efficient and offered helpful suggestions. Even though we had left things like the beds in the rooms they worked every inch possible. Left everything in good state. I really appreciated the corner covers to protect walls and furniture.

Our carpets were cleaned for our final lease inspection. The work was great, and Ed made an effort to fit our property in at a busy time when I hadn't given him much notice. Ed and his colleague were so friendly and did a wonderful job, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for any carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Some time ago I spilt coffee on my lovely fairly new recliner chair. I was recommended to contact Northern Carpet Care to see if the could come and do a clean on the chair. I knew the person from a camp and understood he was a good worker. So I contacted him some time later and he was very willing to come and clean the chair for me. One of his staff happened to come to do the work and he arrived on time - the time the appointment was made for. The work was done thoroughly, at a good speed - not slowly - and the person was also very friendly. We also held nice conversation at the same time. I was able to offer him a cup of coffee which he gladly accepted. The result of the work was very satisfactory.

All carpet cleaned in a 3 bedroom house, and including lounge/dining.

Operator arrived on time, preformed cleaning efficiently, no faults, mess, or smell etc

Arrived late,but rang to say they would be 15 minutes late, so arrived on time. Great to deal with and did a very good job. Invited inspection of their work before departing. I would recommend them to my best friend. Nice people to deal with as well. Totally satisfied.

Ed & Rick cleaned the carpet in the house that I rent. It was quite soiled and smelt of dogs when I moved in. They treated what we suspected was dog urine and steam cleaned the carpet which we estimated to be 20 years old and it finished up looking very good for the condition of the carpet. They arrived at the stated time, were friendly and professional and I will certainly recommend them to my friends.

To come and remove a week old carpet stain from a bedroom wool carpet. I rang up and they came within two days. The service was friendly and they did exactly what I wanted them to. I could pay by direct deposit and the price was very cheap given they had to drive out of town.

I have been using northern carpet care for about 15 years now because they do a bloody good job at a reasonable price. They steam clean carpets, rugs & lounge suites & do real estate cleaning. the guy that does the cleaning is friendly & likes a chat while he's working

my grandson decided he was going to colour in nans carpet .with crayons as i live in a rental property it was a dissaster but not for long , my neighbour told me about carpet care i rang them , they came within the hour and cleaned it we cant see where the crayon was i was quite pleased with end results so much so i now keep their card on fridge for any other dissasters

i had northern carpet care come to my house after my washing machine flooded 2 rooms. i thought that my carpet would smell but they used deodorizer on it and it was lovely. they dried the carpet which was great.
