Doctors are great and reception staff were great but now the new ones are very abrupt rude to you when asking something, the older lady is the worst. Never smiles or greets you nice

I have found the Doctors to be great but the reception staff have been consistently rude on every phone call I’ve made to the surgery.
Reception staff have left my daughter in tears during one call.
I would highly recommend this Drs surgery, husband and I only see Dr Bruce flegg but have seen others and all are great including receptionists

I had to see a doctor but was unable to get an appointment for some days with my normal one. I rang this surgery and got an appointment very quickly. The staff were very good and Dr.Matt took the time to make sure that I was ok and that I would be able to come back straight away if needed
