Let me see.......6 months with an injury that chiropractic and physio could not fix and I was sorted with 1 visit. Not to mention I also received info on exercises that would eliminate this same injury happening again. Best massage therapist business ever.

While the space is absolutely beautiful and has an ambience to match the nature of what they do, it is the therapists who, ultimately, create this incredible space and energy. The beautiful therapeutic and kahuna massages that I have experienced with Cecelia are truly given with authentic intuitive understanding of the body and what it needs and I always leave feeling complete, she is truly gifted with deep enquiry, understanding and education around the human form.

I found you one desperate Sunday afternoon while searching on the ‘Living Social' website for a gift for my daughter. I had been flat on my back for three days following a back injury at work. I arrived at your premises and could barely get up the stairs but your masseuse(Ann), knowing I may have trouble as I had mentioned the injury in my online booking was waiting for me at the top of the stairs just in case I needed help. I had a one hour remedial massage and Ann was so good that I actually walked out an hour later without any problems. I followed the massage up with another at the end of the week and was amazed at how quickly I had recovered full movement again. I prefer drug free treatments and would highly recommend Ann and thank you for making it so simple to book online.

I started going to Niggles & Knots regularly for remedial massage over a year ago. I went along with some minor niggles (and knots) and found their knowledge of the body really helped me to understand the importance of stretching and posture. It has really impacted how I now sit and I have even started stretching which has made a difference to my muscle tension. I would recommend N&K to anyone as I can honestly say it is the best massage I have ever had and I have had quite a few.

Niggles & Knots is the best massage I've ever had! Not only was it relaxing and therapeutic but the therapist had such a detailed knowledge about avoiding and preventing muscle soreness in every day life. Now if only I could get there more regularly, I think I would be permanently pain free.

I absolutely love coming here for my massages. Andrea is so great, she really takes a lot of time to talk to me and ask questions to tailor the treatment specifically to me. The room is just right, the table is comfy and the music is super relaxing :)

Just wanted to thank Cecilia for my massage on Monday. Unfortunately I leave it way too long between massages so wasn't expecting a miracle but one happened!! For the first time in about a year I had movement in my shoulder and total pain relief which lasted for a couple of days. It was such a noticeable difference and thanks to her strapping my shoulder with tape the feeling lasted longer than after a usual massage. Cecilia totally understands I am quite time poor and instead of making me feel guilty or pushing me into future bookings she showed me some stretches to help me in-between massages whish is also incredibly appreciated. It's this kind of extra service that means I will definitely be coming back (and promise not to leave it as long next time!) Thanks again Cecilia

I have found a superb Massage service to rid me of my Niggles and Knots! Thank you- I will return.

I recently started seeing Cecilia after suffering a back injury. I have found her to be intuitive to my needs, treating not only the area injured but others areas but working on the whole body to create much needed relief. Her background working with physiotherapists, chiropractors etc. gives her an insight other therapists don't have and this is coupled with her ability to read the bodies emergent needs gives her a real edge. I would highly recommend a visit to Cecilia for a better body and mind.

Fantastic! Cecilia is extremely thorough and treats my 'niggles and knots' with the utmost care. My initial complaint of near-daily headaches has been almost eliminated thanks to Cecilia's expert hands and experience. I can't fault the service or value for money (esp as my private health covers remedial massage).

We first met C when she was working within a physio practice in Annerley. She helped my (post-childbirth) hip problems better than anyone else I saw at the time (including physios, chiros & osteos). Now I'm a regular massage convert, and so is my partner Dan - both of us happy to cross the river once a month for the service. I used to be haphazard with massages, viewing them as rare but expensive treats that didn't always warrant the price (as I never knew a regular masseur so it was hit & miss). But now I believe that a good massage is essential healthcare if you can afford it, much like cleaning your teeth and exercising. We feel lucky that we have come across C, who is professional in both skill and attitude - and very easy to relax with as well (you can talk or not talk). She takes the time to assess niggles before each massage and often suggests home exercises at the end. If you make a regular booking, the one hour service is $80, not $90 - and she can swipe private healthcare cards at the counter. Thanks C!

Can highly recommend this as a must do whether it's for an injury or just plain relaxation.... Treat yourself as soon as you can"

Treatment is very personal and you get the full hour that you pay for, not like other places where you are rushed in and out to squeeze the next person in.
