I strongly advise anyone considering Next Telecom to steer clear! My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite explicitly requesting to terminate a service months ago, they failed to process it properly, even though the request was communicated during a recorded phone call. Instead, they continued to charge us and are now refusing to take responsibility for their own internal errors.

What’s worse is their lack of transparency and customer care. During our renewal of another service, they made no mention of the ongoing contract, leaving us under the false impression that it had been terminated. This level of negligence and poor communication is unacceptable.

The management seems indifferent to resolving the issue, and their response has been dismissive at best. This company appears to trap customers in contracts with little to no regard for fairness or accountability.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs. There are far better alternatives out there. I’m sharing this review to help others avoid the frustration and financial stress that I’ve endured.
