I followed my Dr here 6 months ago. Really terrific doctors and friendly staff. But for someone with a history of pregnancy loss, their business practices and mistakes have made this pregnancy nothing short of traumatic. I’ve often needed to chase results and referrals, been left in limbo not knowing whether the tests are all clear or a lab failure (or what gender!), and repeated received factually incorrect excuses. It’s also been disappointing when appointments with my doctor are hard to book and occasionally cancelled. Again, this is the clinic not the doctors (who are excellent) but I’m not coming back because of it.
Now called The Village GP Black Rock is my local GP. Dr Maureen and team are outstanding in the care of me. I really like the hollistic care approach to medicine. The have care nurses that take your blood pressure and other vitals before handing you over to the Doctor for a more thorough examination so that nothing is missed. I think their prices are reasonable considering it is in a prime location and the exceptional service they offer. I also like the care dogs in the practice! Excellent work team!
