Next Address managed the negotiations and we managed the inspections. I thought it may be hard, but it was actually quite easy and very relaxed to meet with buyers and show them through. I’m really happy with the outcome. And it was wonderful not to have to lose a big part of the profits to Agency commissions. I now have a bit extra to spend looking for a new place.

We used the Next Address online Property Partner service. We managed the inspections and Next Address managed the negotiation and contracts . It was all actioned via email and phone calls. We paid a set marketing and management fee saving on commission. The team were great to deal with and kept us fully informed as we went along.

Next Address online real estate service is a fantastic alternative to using a traditional real estate agent. The company has a great understanding and knowledge of the market. What a pleasant experience all round it was selling our home privately through Next Address. Selling your own home for the first time can be a daunting process. Next Address made the process of listing, to selling, to sold a very easy one. Our home sold within a week of being on the market. For $60,000 more than an agent estimated. Plus, we paid no commission. We will certainly be using Next Address if we ever sell another property again. We are already recommending them to our family and friends.
