I had not been to the Dentist for 10 Years, as I am extremely nervous. I had a lot of pain so I called New Smile Dental & Trish got me in within the hour. I had a consultation with Dr. Viv & booked in for surgery 2 Weeks later. Today is the Day after my surgery, & just received a call from the Clinic to see how I was.
I cannot speak highly enough of this Clinic. Dr. Viv is a true gem who has the most amazing Bedside Manner & the two Nurses who helped him were so Friendly & chatty & put me at ease right away. Super happy with my treatment. I have always been nervous going to the dentist, subsequently I have not been for around 10 years! I first read about New Smile Dental and found their reviews to be outstanding and their website was full of useful info. My first call into them proved they are extremely professional. They asked all the right questions and treated me like a valued customer from the word go. A few days prior to this I had been forced to visit a local dentist on the weekend as I was in a massive amount of pain, the difference between New Smile and this clinic where like night and day - where the local clinic treated me like I was crazy for not wanting to be in pain and kind of made me feel like an idiot, the team at New Smile were understanding and apathetic. It wasn’t a hard choice to choose New Smile especially after my initial consult with Dr Eric Wang whom referred me to Dr Vivian Mascarenhas. I have not got enough kind things to say about Dr Viv, whom has a lovely bedside manner and tries his utmost to make you feel comfortable. Before, during and after my somewhat lengthy procedure (7 extractions and an entire clean) everyone made me feel comfortable and truly looked after. I would not go anywhere else. Three weeks later and I have just had my follow up with their Hygienist, Agata whom is super lovely and is just as caring as Dr Viv. This practice truly cares for their patients and work hard at making you feel like a member of their extended family. Don’t go somewhere else and be just another number, I’m so glad I went to New Smile Dental. Thanks team!

I had a work accident causing damage and the loss of my two front teeth, unfortunately the first dentist I went too left me feeling quite upset with the work he completed. However Dr Vivian Mascarenhas and the team here have been absolutely amazing, I can't believe the difference in my teeth! Thank you for your ongoing dedication and patience!

For years I struggled with dentures, then I tired ALL ON 4, they were excellent and I recommend them to anyone. All staff were caring and courteous and Dr Habibi is an excellent Surgeon. Thank you.

I've returned to NewSmile Dental repeatedly over the last 5 years and would not hesitate to recommend the practice. I am enormously grateful for the way I've been treated - with the utmost perfectionism, professionalism and compassion. I've also been happy with the way I've been consulted about my treatment, and made to feel very much in control of the decisions. Prior to finding NewSmile, I repeatedly put off having my damaged teeth fixed because I didn't feel enough trust in the practitioner. This is not the case with Dr Mascarenhas and Dr Habibi, both of whom I trust absolutely. I've recommended several family members and friends, all happy with their treatment. It might be more expensive than some dentists but I strongly believe in this case it's worth every cent.

I've had invisaline treatment with both Dr Habibi- Thomas and Dr Fotheringhame and they have provided me with the smile I've always wanted. Very caring and approachable dentists that always make you feel at ease. Highly recommended.

I had major dental surgery at New Smile Dental in May 2014 which included removal of all teeth and the installation of all on 4 dental implants. No pain, no discomfort, great results, brilliant new smile and great care. Dr Misagh Habibi is a genius and has changed my life for the better.

Professional and friendly. I had treatment with Dr Viv and a hygienist. Everything was pain free and I'm very happy with results. Reception and assistants were very helpful too. Nice relaxing settings.

My parents could never afford braces for me when I was a kid and I have always been embarrassed about my crooked overlapping teeth and because of this I didn't care and neglected my teeth and hadn't been to the dentist since I was at school.

Last year I finally went for a checkup and straighten my teeth because my image was really affecting my confidence and I wanted straight teeth but didn't want wires and braces.

As I expected I needed quite a few fillings and a long overdue clean up. I booked in to have it all done at once while I was asleep. It was great! All of my teeth were fixed while I slept and no need for heaps of appointments.

I have started Invisalign now to straighten my crooked teeth. No one can even tell I am wearing these clear braces and I can see the results already and like to smile again. I can't believe I put this off for so long, if only I knew how easy and uncomplicated it could be. All of the very friendly and professional staff at the clinic made this process very easy, I never felt uncomfortable at all and the dentist Adelle was very caring and gentle.

I recommend this clinic to everyone and to get their teeth fixed sooner rather later. Don't put it off!

This practice is amazing!!! The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I saw the hygienist for a clean and boy did she clean! I was told I have periodontitis and yet for years I was not informed of this problem. I have seen her for 4 appointments and each time I feel that much cleaner. She is very gentle and caring. My latest appointment was for wisdom extraction with Dr Viv and I couldn't be more happier with the service!!! I have no problems at all!! As per the many other reviews of this dental practice I have nothing but the highest praise for the dentists who work there- they are exemplary! I found to my surprise their waiting room is also calm and inviting- after years of terror in dental waiting rooms I really noticed the lack of 'dentist smell' and noises that get me anxious. The dentists are welcoming and truly amazing!
However the anaesthetists they use for the sedation are not part of this practice but contracted out, and you have to meet with them elsewhere- I have not had a good experience with either of them. Their attitude was very different to the wonderful dentists. You are also required to pay for them separately. Beware of the extra costs - I got caught with some additional costs that I wasn't expecting. Their administrative staff are a lot less helpful than the dentists, but realistically it is their job not their passion!
This is an expensive trip to the dentist but it is also life changing.
I would rate the dentists 5 out of 5 on every count, and their chairside assistants as well, but the anaesthetists and other staff get a 2 out of 5.

The people who I find give the best health services are the ones who can make you believe your are their only patient, even though in reality they probably have seen hundreds of patients that month. I felt that here. I also felt that unlike most dentists they are trying to be healthcare providers and not just technicians. All the little efforts from all the staff to make the experience as comfortable as possible were much appreciated. Especially when it would cost the same at another clinic where they wouldn't think necessary to put in the extra effort.

The staff are just wonderful. I have had three teeth removed and two dental implants, all which have healed well and been done pain free with sleep sedation. The dental work is excellent. Highly recommended.

Churchill Dental Practice is the best dentist I have ever been to. All my fears of visiting the dentist have gone. My dentist and all his support staff are wonderful and always so lovely. I am always recommending the practice to all my friends.

I got a wisdom tooth pulled out by Viv in a matter of moments with absolutely no pain. I couldn't believe it as I'd been to dental o so gentle previous who referred me to a dental surgeon which I thought would be very expensive. The man had it out in minutes and had a great laugh at the same time. Unreal service and cheep too.

I referred myself to Churchill Dental following one of the most painful dental treatments I have endured at another practice. It was such a relief to encounter the level of professionalism as is on offer at Churchill Dental, and my two root canal treatments were completed painlessly thanks to the professional collaboration of Dr Habibi and Dr Adele. The level of care and support, and kindness shown to me by all of the staff is something money can't buy. I cannot recommend Churchill Dental more highly.

Excellent in every way! From the very helpful and friendly reception staff to the caring and comprehensive dental treatment I received, I have been so pleased with my experience at Churchill Dental Practice. I have had a scale and clean as well as some other dental work done (on two occasions by two different dentists) and have found them both to be punctual, friendly, caring and very skilled. I brought my father (who has health complications) to Churchill Dental to see Dr Viv Mascarenhas, and he was so impressed and pleased too. He was raving about it to his family and friends. He then saw Dr Habibi for dental implant replacements which have turned out really well and improved his quality of life (and he had no pain afterwards). You can tell the team at Churchill Dental work hard to make sure their patients are well cared for and have especially gone out of their way for my Dad - I have no hesitation to recommend them.

I had my wisdom teeth out at Churchill dental last year. Coming from a dental background I was extremely careful who I chose to do my surgery as I knew it would have been difficult. After meeting with the team at Churchill I was very pleased on how they structured the procedure and was thrilled I did not have to hospital to have my wisdom teeth out. The registered nurse who cared for me post surgery was very caring and compassionate. I was also pleased that the dentist called me to follow up on my healing. To me this showed that they really did care. Even though it took me a little longer to recover due to the difficult nature of my extractions I was happy with support given to me by all staff members. Never had bottom teeth since birth. At age of 16 I got dentures which I now will never recommend any one as young as me at the time to consider.
With such a condition, most dentists were frightened and didn't seem enthusiastic to take the initiatives until I met Dr. Habibi. After all the dentists I have met, Dr. Habibi made me confident to consider his service out of many I have met. Due to long term absent of the teeth in the lower jaw, the bone became so deficient that even bone graft was almost impossible. It was such a traumatic experience to have for someone as young as I'm. He (Dr. Habibi) didn't hesitate to proceed with the service to do bone graft. I my self was in disbelieve but now it has been over four months and things are looking great.
On top of the great services, Dr. Habibi is very passionate about his work and performs with enthusiasm. His services are flexible, very comfortable and most importantly very affordable.

My treatment isn't finished but I have never been this confident, given my condition I have described. Perhaps your condition may not be as complex as mine, but what ever it is, try Dr. Habibi, you won't regret.

I had a very thorough and gentle clean done by the hygienist. Excellent work, walked out very happy. I am getting a large amount of work done over a long period (fillings, crowns, veneers etc) and so far (halfway) it was been a professional positive experience. The courtesy, professionalism, value and workmanship has been without fault. I will continue to use this dental practice and would recommend them happily to family and friends.

My personal experience with Churchill Dental goes back to a number of years, when three of my sons had to undergo the removal of their wisdom teeth. For some reason each one of them presented some challenges of their own, but none seemed complicated enough for the experienced team of dentists who operated on them. As a watchful witness, I can attest to the fact that my sons were on the way of recovery much faster than I originally have anticipated.

This was doubtless in the back of my mind when my own turn arrived. I had postponed the investable for a number of years, always finding some reasonable excuse for imagining that my old upper frontal caps would hold together for much longer. Not that I did not know. I had been warned that eventually the six of them would need replacement. And since time is somewhat unforgivable, well yes it made for some complications. The stumps were no longer healthy enough to stay in place. Implants were the next best thing.

Add to these the untimely presence of two wisdom teeth in uneasy company and the slight inconvenience of commuting from Melbourne for work reasons.

My incredulous colleagues thought I was kidding when I said that I was flying to Perth for my dental treatment. I had to explain, quite convincingly, that the flight was not just worth it, but when all considered, the only right choice. When it comes to your health you do not want things left to chance, if you can avoid it, and besides, I knew that I was in the best hands not just in town but very possibly in the country.

The removal of the teeth and the placement of implants happened in just one go. My recollection of the actual operation is nil. By the time I regained full conscience, I had a recognizable set of temporary teeth and a couple of holes in the back of my jaw. But no bleeding and the kind of sensation that you I could lead an entirely normal life from than very moment.

The operation was timed to occur on a Friday, which allowed for a relaxed and perfectly painless weekend. A major concern of mine was not to forget that I had to be careful with my meals and allow my jaw to recover in due course. A quick check-up on the following Monday confirmed that the recovery was already well underway. Gums were looking healthy, and the rest was equally sound.

With these kind of precedents high expectations become almost the norm. So I had to remind myself that well maybe there could be other complications along the way. But my next visit, once the previous work had consolidated, went again like a breeze, more so this time because

Dr Mishaq Habibi and his dental team pride themselves in putting back the client´s smile back where it belongs (and in a truly sedated way). Not the kind of self-conscious smile that creeps into your mind when you are not hundred percent sure about your teeth. I can vouch for that personally. More importantly, I have felt at all times treated with the kind of care and consideration that far exceeds the best that expert professionalism may provide.

Absolutely love Churchill Dentist Practice. All the staff I have dealt with have been fantastic and my fear of the dentist is no longer an issue. I recommend the practice to all my friends. Its a pleasure now seeing my dentists.

Had my wisdom teeth out last week with sedation. Woke with no memory of surgery and with minimal pain. 2 days after surgery I had no swelling, no bleeding and minimal pain. After hearing several horror stories of wisdom teeth extraction I was nervous about the recovery time but it has been very quick and painless for the most part. A very professional job done and couldn't be happier.
