My family have been using net optical for years to supply us with all our contact needs. When i heard that Graham had sold the business i like many people do worried what the new owner would change. Well im happy to report that with xmas looming i had forgotten to order my contacts but i received a frriendly reminder from Micheal. Placed my order and to my surprise they arrived the next day. If you use contact lenses then don't bother going anywhere else. In this day and age it is wonderful to know that there are businesses that actually care about their customers and these guys consistently provide outstanding customer service as well as at a very reasonable price! I have been a customer for many years now and Graham has never failed to patiently answer any and all questions promptly. I placed an order today as I realized I did not have enough contacts for an upcoming holiday, although I was doubtful I would be able to receive them in time. I received 3 emails today and the final one was to advise me that the order had been express posted to me today!!! Good customer service is not dead afterall!

We buy our contact lenses online from here. Prices are very cheap. Our local optometrist does our eye checks and prescription and she said she can't even buy the contacts for these prices wholesale. Service is great, too, personalised and they keep you informed about how your order is going. In the past they've also informed us when there was a recall on a brand of contact lens solution.
