Skip was guaranteed to be delivered prior to 7AM, skip didn't actually leave the depot till 7:30 and didn't arrive on site until after 8:30 - huge project delays for us as a result
The delivery driver also took out half of a street tree while unloading the skip

I am so impressed with Need-A-Skip-Now. I have a young baby and his bedroom window faces our driveway, where we were getting our skip delivered. Need-A-Skip-Now went out of their way to accommodate us and work around my baby's sleep times, so as not to wake him up with the delivery. Any new parent will understand my gratitude! Huge thanks!

Dear Carly, thank you for your feedback. We always strive to improve on our customer service and highly value all feedback - positive or negative. While the drivers are in a depot - they are off-loading and loading the skips, our team start at 5.30am and by 7am he was back from another job, which unfortunately caused delay. In a trucking business - there are other factors which govern time, such as traffic conditions and un-forseen delays on prior jobs. We would like to assure you that the driver was late not because of any malicious intent, our boys are trying their best and work long hours until all the jobs are done. We value your feedback and we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We wish you a successful completion of your project and thank you once again for your feedback.
