This sampling scheme for environmentally sound goods started well - one of the best sample boxes around. Difficulty started when their boxes became very poor value with repeat items and items not suitable for general use. I decided to cancel my account with them and was ignored and $69.95 was taken out of my account for 3 more months subscription. Dealing with the customer service department was horrendous, buck passing, emails not arriving and no satisfactory result. Easy to get into, hard to get out of!
