Nan's Dumpling Time

Sampled their Dim Sims at Newcastle Markets where Chef asked my Chinese wife (trained & worked as Chinese & Pastry Bakery Chef in 4 & 5 star Hotels (inc.7 years Maxim's of Paris) in Beijing before coming to Australia) to work for him at his then proposed Dumpling Shop in Hamilton, In the 4 weeks since it opened I have eaten quite a few of their dishes 7 have been most impressed with the standard of food on offer.
