We recently purchased an entry-level name train from Name Train Depot for our nephew's first birthday. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and the value for money. The train arrived promptly and was well-packaged.

The quality of the wooden train is quite good, though we noticed that the carriages are connected with plastic clips, which seem a bit fragile. We are slightly concerned they might break with rough handling. However, our nephew was absolutely enthralled with his gift!

Since he just turned one, we've safely displayed the train on a shelf in his room. It has become the centerpiece of many bedtime stories about trains, and he loves looking at it every night.

We would definitely recommend Name Train Depot for their excellent service and value, but if you’re concerned about durability, you might want to consider a higher-tier option. Overall, a delightful and charming gift!
