Very difficult software to manage your own website and beyond large fees to host the website, support is very costly even when trying to add photos and additional projects to existing website. Difficult rules and non intuitive editing methods. I’ll never use Mywork again

Worst company. I paid $5000. Has taken them over 2 years with incomplete website and they refuse to finish it. Promised 6 months SEO which I never received. They refuse to have anything more to do with my website. All promises and no deliverance.
Said the money was to train me how to do it myself. I have 0 experience nor the time. and I already had a Shopify website. Layout is only worth $160 not $2200 which they didn’t mention.
Go to someone else and save your money and the stress.

I have been using MyWork for various projects over the last couple of years. They always do us right and always do great work for our organization and for myself. The staff is highly receptive and keeps me in the loop on what's going on. Highly recommended!

Good price and nice guys. However I paid them in full on the 25th of September, it is now the 19th of November and the website is still not finished.

I ordered a premium website through MyWork. I'm happy with the look and feel of the website but it took a lot longer than they promised. When I contacted them about the due date, I felt the customer service wasn't very good. In subsequent emails I often received no response or the responses were quite curt. I would use them again because they are well priced and do good work. Next time I hope the customer service aspect has improved.

My partner heard them advertised on the radio and suggested we look them up. We did, made a phone call to Matt whom was very informative, helpful, understanding and reassuring. Being a person whom liked dealing with people in person and or by phone, Matt has given me confidence to deal with business online. I was feeling nervous and overwhelmed with modern day technology when there was no need, I was made to feel comfortable and that nothing was a problem. Sam was our Website and Graphic Designer and was a pleasure to deal with. She had details of how I wanted our website to look and with a few minor adjustments our website was created. Unbelievable, she was so intuitive. I'm so impressed. There were emails with the many questions I had about everything and Sam replied in an easy to read and understand format. All the information you need is there on their site, you just need to look around and learn. Sam made our website live, only when I felt ready. Sam has assured me that should I need to have any further questions answered, just let her know. I have a very high regard of and am very proud of Sam whom did an excellent job on creating our website.
