Dont go to this store to buy shoes. Went there yesterday and the person working in the department with a shoe sox uniform had zero customer service and was really rude. I left and had a great experience at trybe shoes
I would not recommend going to the shoe department, I waited half an hr, before I had to chase somebody up. Thank god that I finally got a sales girl from country road to assist me. She wasn't from the shoe section but she did finally help me get what I wanted, & apologised. The girl should be placed in management so things can operate properly. Many people wanted assistance but ended up walking away with nothing. Not a great way of doing business.

Great new store. Very open and welcoming. I actually spoke to the store manager the other day so thought I'd leave a review :)
Quality - Its very small compared to other myers, they don't have much stuff in stock as other myers and not as organized.
Service - Needs a bit improvement, I got fed up waiting around waiting for assistance.
Value - Most of the stock aren't place well on the shelves, and not much sales are going on at this myer. so not a good impression with value
Overall - It should be a bigger proper myer, this looks like a cheaper version, a bit disappointed.
the store is big inside and it got nice clothes, perfumes, makeup etc..
it is really beautiful and well maintain

Love the makeup section at Myer, Werribee, it is very bright and lovely to walk into and I always find the makeup staff always eager to help me make a decision on the exact make up I need but it is very expensive.

I was so excited when Myer came to Werribee Plaza but when I finally went for a visit I was disappointed. Small, limited product range in turn limited choice and when you find a staff member they are busy with someone else. I'm hoping Myer has bigger plans for this store.
i recently visited this particular myer store, with my family many of the staff turned their noses up at us. we were made to feel like muck on the bottom of their shoes. it was a horrible experience which i have told several other associates about. this is the last time i take my platinum card into this shop. It is a let down to the myer group

I don't go much but I find it is good to have it there if I need a specific product like perfume. Last time I was there they completely ignored me while I was trying to buy some clinque makeup for my Aunty, in the end I had to put my hand up because they were going to serve a man that had just arrived, Staff mainly young girls, very disapointing

This Myer store is so small and doesn't stock everything that most Myers do. Their bra section has what seems one of each size and a very limited range. Their children's clothing is all over the place and there is such a small range. If I need to shop at Myer I travel to Highpoint.
Werribee finally welcomes myer and it is fantastic. The floor is clean spacious and everything is easy to find. The customer service is great and finally I don't have to go to the city or Highpoint to buy my cosmetics.
