Best place to shop for fragrances, because i ha an amazing staff member help with xmas shopping! He was quite a gem and satisfied all the help i need shopping for some gifts, mind you the place smelt wonderful and the quality and interior is recommended for many other stores looking for inspiration. Busy but made a lovely effect on me because i need help being so busy:)

Myer is definitely my most favourite store. When they have sale, the price is unbeatable. I can spend hours dig up some clearance rack where things are 75% off from the already discounted price or some dresses are down from $150 to $10 (with no faults).

However, it is very difficult to get help at the middle-range shoes section. And trying to find a staff in the homeware section is impossible. Every time I buy anything there, I have to run around every cashier counters and wait forever for someone to show up so I can pay.

GIANT STORE. It's near the middle of the Melbourne CBD. Easy transport, great variety. They sell EVERYTHING. Though prices can also sometimes be quite surprising, it's a first class department store. Floor after floor of fashion, cosmetics, home decor, electronics, etc. LOVE IT!!!

I love shopping. I love MYER. I obviously love being broke...this place has everything. I usually go local but wow....city store is jam packed with beautiful clothes and homeware and other things I like to throw my money at.

The staff work very hard and most ''try'' to help you. However, the main problem is there are not enough of them! Myer complains that retail sales are down...but doesn't understand it will attract more customers if it offers customer service. I prefer small shops/boutiques b/c the staff are more helpful and often remember you. You also get personal service.

Great selection and choice of products and brands. Fantastic perfume and toiletry departments. Long opening hours make it easy to fit in a shopping trip around work.

I love this store - it is bright and airy and world class. The only problem is sometimes getting a salesperson to help you. Still its a nice place to wait until you do.

The new store is a major improvement and finding specific items is no problem at all. I bought my wedding shoes and some other accessories for our big day at Myer. I also acquired a very exclusive suitcase because I couldn't find a better type of this product anywhere else. Besides I am a regular buyer of homeware and books. I also had a good experience with the Myer gift card as I could use it across multiple shopping trips which was pretty fine.
The Service staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, Myer is one of my favourites stores in the city.

Myer Melbourne has only recently come out of a total revamp and renovation that now makes this store World Class, it's up there with Harvey Nichols, Macy's or Blomingdales, and this central store will certainly give David Jones some real competition. It's now more open, more stylish and has more places to stop and relax with eateries and cafes. The escalators are still a little sham logic but once you get to know the store this becomes less of an issue. Grab a store map at the ground floor information desk.
There's all the fashion and brands you could want and still has all the traditional department and  include  very good Stationary and excellent, makeup and a grand snake pit of perfumes. A stunning store, and very good service.

I took out an extended warranty on my computer through Myer Product Cover. I have since discovered that, while they pick up your product for maintenance if you wish to claim warranty, they will charge you $55 if they decide that the fault does not come under their policy. I have never come across this policy with product insurance before. This cost is not mentioned in the policy document, but is simply announced on their phone message when you call them. Can they do this?

Great new building! It's about time Melbourne have a real department store. It has complete selections, great opening hours. I always have a wonderful time shopping at Myer

The new renovations at Myer are amazing and give the place a new and welcoming environment, as well as making the department store a more elegant and higher class place for customers to browse. The brand ranges here are great and the new way they organize stock is very helpful an easy to understand. I love how the shoes department is separated into brands which are then further separated through colors and styles

Best myer stors, its the bigest. All what you need in one location. I love the international fashions especialy the one from Europe, i know its expences but its lovely to have it here you don't have to travel around the world to buy them.

The customer service in their new building is marvelous! There are staff everywhere who are always more than happy to help.
The downside is that it is quite easy to get lost - especially now that the store is so large.

Myer is my store! when we have money to spend,we go to myer,they have really good brands but are way too expensive..But it is a good store

The new layout is fantastic - takes a little bit to get used to but it really is pretty amazing! The staff are very helpful when you're lost!

I like coming to the city store as they have quite a large variety of items that are only stocked in the city. The store set up looks fantastic in the recently renovated sections. The older parts of the store look dark and outdated. The service has improved since the upgrade and have found staff to assit me. I am not sure if this will continue though. I love the fact that they have included some eateries and even have a Brunetti's so if I want to stop and relax with a nice cup of coffee I can do so. Overall, I like this Myer store and will continue to shop here.

the shopping centre offered a good service,good environment. I will shop again in the Myer.

Quality - I love shopping in Myers, I reckon their quality are good, if you have a problem with some item you can get a discount on the spot, its quite easy to negotiate with them.
Service - Is decent, friendly most times, or so busy that they don't really have time for you.
Value - they have alot of brands and they have alot of sales
Overall- I am happy with my shopping experience here, I have spot alot of bargains here, just by negotiating on faulty items or so

I love how the store has everything you need and the staff are really kind and helpful! I will been returning very soon!

It's always really fun going into Myers because you know you will find a range of brands and after you have been once or twice you know where everything is, so shopping there becomes easier and more relaxed.

I love MYER, especially the MYER Basement I always find a bargain in there, I love the Dangerfield part. It also very fun and sometimes scary getting lost in MYER, but the friendly staff always show you where to go and lend a hand if needed.

Never fails to impress me. Excellent customer service and the layouts are always easy to navigate around. Variety of products available and its not difficult to follow up on a sold out item. Checkouts basically everywhere so long lines are rare unless they have a major stocktake sale which is expected. Christmas Decorations are beautiful

I was happy with their service on my last visit, very professional and happy to go that extra mile when needed. There was plenty of staff and the Christmas decorations looked lovely.

Yesterday I was looking for a hard to get Lego set for my son. They were very busy so asked for my phone number and called back within 1/2 hour after locating the last of these sets in Perth and had it put on hold. They put me through and I was able to purchase this via phone and have it delivered for $8-. I was very impressed with the efficent service and friendliness.

As far as I know,Myer which is located on Melbourne City, has a lot of nice staffs and special offers. As a result, I and my friends often go there to find some fashionable clothes or something new.

Generally a very good experience, nice staff, usually prompt service even though there is renovations occurring throughout the whole store which will finish sometime next year
