Great customer service and the products are always package well for online orders. Very quick delivery
still processing after days, I've tried to change some details on the order and no " support " replies to the tickets, i live a few suburbs away and know that " covid " isn't causing this much and that Australia post is doing full delivery now in cases of 7 days a week.
Cant contact via a telephone, support don't reply to tickets for days, overall slowest and worse online service Ive ever used
id advise anyone wanting an order in a normal time frame to use another service

Prices are better then other sites I trust (probably a key word). They have a good range of devices and good delivery times. Unless its out of stock always in a week and sometimes better.
Staff are helpful and can be spoken to via a phone. Had one mix up on an item and it was quickly fixed. To me its how they handle issues that makes them a good company, not that they sometimes (rarely) happen.
The above quality is based on the condition of the item's box and packing.
Good shop with a variety of computer equipment. The deals are not really worth it at Mwave unless there is a special advertised on their Facebook page.
When there's a special on at Mwave, they can have some pretty good prices but otherwise the pricing is a little more than your local computer store. I bought a graphics card off them and the product was as expected and the pricing was decent. They have a large variety of old and new products on offer.
I bought a case off them for only about $85, and the guy spent about 40 minutes serving me. 40 min for an $85 sale of an item which probably cost them $65.... that's service
