Not a good security company. Security Officers at some sites in the Sydney CBD are continually late. They do not promote Security Officer's who are good at their jobs. They are belittled, told they will not put their application forward and thus enforcing they remain in the position they need them in. They refuse to give references enforcing Security Officers to remain at a particular site. The website speaks of the chance of promotion. Not true. Very lengthy starting process. Applications from current staff looking for transfers or promotion go unanswered in the CBD. Whilst this company boasts how big they are & opportunities are available, positions are not filled or filled with inexperienced staff. Pay rates differ dramatically at various sites. Some Security Officers doing more work are paid less salary.
