MS Built went into liquidation in May 2020. The owner was a builder, trading as Smith & Sons Extension and Renovations Dandenong, and had a number of VCAT applications made agains him prior to liquidation.
the owner of MS Built has rebranded himself as a private building consultant "own for sure" . Would you trust a building consultant who failed as a builder?
update: the former owner of MS built has been working as the Victorian State Manager of "Rapid Building Inspections". Did the owner of this company do their due diligence in hiring a failed builder to be one of their lead building consultants?
