I have now used this company twice because they provide fantastic service.

The second time I moved, I realised on the morning of the move that I had made an error with my booking (I had booked it for the following week). When I called them, they were very understanding and with some quick work were able to move me that day - for which I was very grateful!

In addition to ths, their movers are polite and hard working and I would definately use them again in the future.

We recently moved from the south east suburbs to the western suburbs in Melbourne in the scorching heat. The 2 men who did our moving were great!! They arrived earlier than expected and got straight into the job. After sweating it out over 4 hours both the men were still going strong. I will recomend Mr Removalist to people. They did a fantastic job in the terrible heat.

Mr REMOVALIST staff are the most hard working, efficient removalists I have ever seen. They arrived on time and completed my move a lot quicker than what I anticipated. I had lots of stairs and narrow access and this was not a problem for them at all. Very impressed and would highly recommend them. Thanks guys

Well this service was fantastic! All went smoothly and rather speedily! We had a large move to a new house - I was expecting mayhem! I am very happy to say that our move was fast, they guys respected out belongings and knew what they were doing. I'm very protective of my belongings - some of which is very fragile - but my nerves were eased when I saw how professional these guys were. Mr Removalist were fast, efficient and professional. I will be using Mr Removalist again for collecting more furniture from storage and I recommend them to friends and family for all their removals jobs.

Wow it took me and 2 guys 5 hours to load my 1 bedroom apartment into a truck! Then another 2 hours to unload at the other end. The next day I found broken platters in 2 separate boxes, these platters had been wrapped in bubble wrap & packed securely, yet were still smashed! I phoned the company and they stated that I was only covered by insurance on the day of moving, but I could not have checked each & every box and its contents on that day! I phoned 3 days in a row to ask again about the insurance, with the company promising to return my phone call....still waiting. Poor poor show for what I think is a relative new company to the industry! One of the guys had been in this country 5 days....working visa, or just passing through????? So very disappointed with their lack of and poor service that's for sure! And what about the cost!!! Never again!
