First time I went to Mr Pizza I got a kebab and it was great but a few weeks later I got the kebabs for my family delivered and they were horrible it was a completely different kebab. The first one the meat was tender and the salad fresh but the one's we got delivered the meat was chewy and the salad wasn't as fresh.

Very good tasty pizza and pasta, terrific friendly professional customer service. Good value. Busy shop but have never had to wait long for our pizzas. Highly recommend.
These days, where pizza shops sprouting out everywhere, quality/attitude of service staff is 50/50.. it's difficult to find one that 'hit the spot'. Ordered an Iskander, a Family sized pizza and ribs. Was served by Mr Salim.. the boss himself… a very friendly person. Food wise- Value for money- $13 for a family sized pizza with a good serve of toppings.

When I told the staff that they were charging extra for things that the other Pizza shops were not, the counter guy told me to go to the those shops instead of coming to Mr. Pizza next time. That is how rude they are, in general and when we give feedback. VERY BAD ATTITUDE!!
I have always liked the pizzas from Mr.Pizza, Epping. But I have encountered very very rude and snobbish staff more than once. It was the taste that made me go back despite the insensitive staff. But this time, I tried their Kebabs and it was not 1% as good as their Pizzas. The kebab was just as bad as the attitude of the staff.
Am not going to go to Mr. Pizza, Epping ever again!!!

Speak to Mr Salim, the boss. I had no problems with him.
I too think that the Boss is fine, I did see him speak well with a couple of customers. But his staff, specially the ones taking the orders on the phone and the cash counter are very rude and insensitive.
