I got matched to Mirek as I needed a quote for a new Fridge Seal, I spoke to him and passed the details on, mistakenly I gave him the wrong brand, I sent him a text letting him know, he was very nice in his response. He later rang me to send my quote through and asked for my E-mail address which was fine, though during the day on other websites it wasn't excepting all my address, so I hoped that Mirek didn't mind me texting him again as I didn't receive the Quote through One Flare Website, so I asked Mirek if it was possible to text me the Quote aswell as I'm not very good with technology, he was so kind to text it to me and like I said to him, Thankyou so much for being so patient with me today texting you a few times, other people would not have been so kind or understand my situation!! I would gladly recommend Mirek, just from speaking to him this morning for the first time today I felt comfortable and not pressured if I received a better quote. He's a very kind and professional person aswell. Thankyou again Merik.

Mr Mirek Electrics made an appointment to inspect the work required. Once the quote was accepted, they gave dates the work would be done. They were at the property when they said they would be, and carried out the work in a professional and courteous manner. The work was completed on time and on budget.
