Mr LogBook

On Monday Dec 6 we used Mr logbook services to fix our car who was not starting and had brake light not turning off issue. The incompetent mechanic not only could fix the problem to get the car started he just gave a big build up of some electrical issue and big expense ahead where when we got the next mechanic to fix it on 10 mins. This shows the person from Mr logbook did not know his job and charged the customer for his incompetency a $100 for absolutely nothing done. There should be some work ethics and proper knowledgeable professional recruited for such jobs as the customer trusts the business and uses it not get charged for nothing. I need my $100 refunded back to my account immediately. I'm not going to pay for the incompetency of your staff for wasting my time money and misleading us with the wrong advice for his poor knowledge about his job.
