Quality of work is not good. Cable connections to DVR were loose, not crimped property. Had to call another technician who was critical of the work. After sale service is terrible. Very long delays to return phone calls and avoids follow-up. Good form but no substance.
Aemal from MQS was very good, he came out and fixed the problem with my alarm unit and installed a new battery. No problems at all, very happy with his service.
