For local moves within Sydney, we generally provide competitive hourly rates based on the truck size and number of movers required. For interstate relocations, larger moves, or jobs requiring detailed planning, we can also provide fixed-price quotes for added transparency and peace of mind.

All quotes are clearly explained upfront with no hidden fees, and we tailor our services to suit each customers moving needs and budget.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Our pricing varies depending on the size of the move, access conditions, truck size, travel distance, and the number of movers required. We offer both hourly rates for local moves and fixed-price quotes for selected interstate or larger relocations.

Local moving services generally start from competitive hourly rates, while interstate and premium direct-delivery services are quoted individually based on the customers requirements. We provide transparent quotes with all costs explained upfront, including labour, truck, fuel, and any additional moving requirements if applicable.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Movera Group offers flexible payment options for our customers, with payment generally due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, debit and credit card payments for convenience.

For selected interstate or larger bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the booking date. At this stage, we do not offer Afterpay or formal interest-free payment plans, however we are always happy to discuss suitable arrangements for larger moves where possible.

Local moves are typically completed within the same day, while interstate relocations are scheduled based on distance and service requirements. Our team works efficiently while maintaining careful handling and professional service to ensure every move is completed safely and on time.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One of our favourite moving experiences was helping a family relocate from a large 7-bedroom home that they expected would take two full days to complete. Our team arrived early, carefully planned the logistics, protected all furniture and fragile items, and worked together efficiently throughout the day. By the end of the move, we successfully completed the entire relocation in a single day, which came as a huge relief to the customer.
