Movera Group offers flexible payment options for our customers, with payment generally due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, debit and credit card payments for convenience.

For selected interstate or larger bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the booking date. At this stage, we do not offer Afterpay or formal interest-free payment plans, however we are always happy to discuss suitable arrangements for larger moves where possible.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

One of our favourite moving experiences was helping a family relocate from a large 7-bedroom home that they expected would take two full days to complete. Our team arrived early, carefully planned the logistics, protected all furniture and fragile items, and worked together efficiently throughout the day. By the end of the move, we successfully completed the entire relocation in a single day, which came as a huge relief to the customer.
