Thank you Rob and Ash for giving us the opportunity to continue our Pilates classes online at home. It has been extremely beneficial to do more mat work, with lots of different exercises and many helpful comments, exactly as you would get in person at the Studio. The 1:2 ratio makes the class social and enjoyable!
I’ve just had a video link class with Ash. I shared with Vivian and thought it was fantastic. Some exercises were familiar, some entirely new to me. As we are now experiencing challenging times and may have to stay at home, this is a great option to consider. Equipment required is minimal, you are still challenged, the sense of sharing is still there as we can see each other and, as usual, is heaps of fun. I highly recommend “stay at home” Pilates if we need it.

Rob’s extensive repertoire and genuine interest in his clients is really impressive. The team is welcoming, and the studio is well equipped and has a relaxed ambience. A great place to visit, workout and learn.

I was blind and now I see. I came with Rob because I was in a lot of pain (back pain). The difference between no pain and when I started is spectacular, moving with pain is one of the greatest harms of our "modern" society. The attention and care Rob and his fellow practitioners put is worth every cent if not more.
Movementality is a top-notch Pilates studio. Ash and Rob have created a warm, inclusive space, and the quality of training is superb. Their knowledge is second-to-none, and regardless of your fitness or experience level, they will guide you to swift and clear improvement in strength, alignment and conditioning. I honestly can't speak highly enough of Movementality, do yourself a favour and check them out.
