Called in a year ago, turned out out of business hours. Mike spent an hour on my bike, actually giving me some items so I'd be ready for the road.

A few weeks ago one of two jobs looked shoddy. Went back and got huge apology and triple the value of the original job for nothing.
The difference to the place down the road is total.
