Your mechanics need new training....
You guys have done a decent job in the past with my previous cars. However, recently I came in with my new renault to get a fuel filter changed.
Your mechanics had the car for 20 minutes and rejected the job due to you not knowing how to install a $30 fuel filter. You guys advised me that I had purchased the incorrect fuel filter and wanted to charge me for your time. Your mechanic also advised me the fuel filter is located where the fuel pump is.

they immediately called me asking why I had sent the part back as they assured me it's intact the correct part for my car. So they advised me to find a better mechanic and sent me my fuel back express post.
I found a local one man mechanic who only works twice a week to install the fuel filter in literally less than 8 minutes.
The fuel filter was located rear passenger side wheel where most European car filters are located. It was not an inpump filter like your mechanic advised.
As you can imagine, there's zero chance for me EVER trusting you guys again to do touch my car if you are unable to have the proficiency to install a basic fuel filter.
No hard feelings. This is a fair review.
Faulty workmanships caused me to crash
Bought my car in specifically to get the breaks replaced, 3 days later I went up the back of another car because my breaks wouldn’t work. Break fluid was on the road and it happened going down the mountain.
They towed my car and fixed it again and said they would also cover the damages to the other car. They have since lied to myself and insurance company’s about this ever happening. Refuse to respond to emails and calls.
I am now being forced into paying for their mistake that they promised to fix.
Wouldn’t recommend.

However, it seems we also made errors in diagnosing your cars setup, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Miscommunication about the filters location and suitability clearly caused frustration, and thats not the level of service we aim to provide.

The first time I dealt with motive was after being quoted by one of the Goldcoast largest dealers for a 1400 dollar air condition repair. I was then referred by another mechanic up the road Steve fixed the problem with a ten dollar part plus l hr labour .
I’ve since had repairs carried out on my other vehicles and would not go anywhere else . The whole team is an absolute pleasure to deal with
