When buying a new phone on a contract I had to argue with the manager of the store do not open the new mobile phone box which was a present for my wife I had to snatch it out of his hand because he was going to open the box without my permission apparently company policy but not good enough anyways after the argument I walked away at to refill my recharge on my other phone number and found that somebody in Vodafone has changed my details and I wasn't able to get a new sim card from the number that I've been using for 2 years I believe it was a manager there that did this I'm shocked
