I have not heard anything from Moose Mobile in response to the Optus outage. Where is the compensation?
Also problematic when setting up, sent SIM to wrong address despite clear instructions.
Not long yet with Moose but so far …. BRILLIANT customer service (you can actually quickly access a friendly real human being on the phone!!) and a very prompt and hassle-free switch with simple, clear setup instructions. Topped off with a fantastic price for the smaller data user offered by a local small business, what more needs to be said! Very happy!!
I was looking for something more that a pre-paid account and not as much as a post paid plan and I looked through many offerings from the available Telcos and Moose won me.. Great plans that are pre-paid so no overdue bills or surprise extra billing. 5 stars all the way - thanks Moose
Have been connected for about 5 weeks now and i haven't had any problems so im pretty happy with that also love that i get so much more for money i pay compared to my last provider

Moose mobile are a great Aussie telco. Connecting was a breeze. Service and coverage great in a regional area and cost per month is inexpensive
Great new Aussie Mobile company. Fair prices and great service. My daughter also enjoys the much larger internet allowance she has compared to her previously more expensive plan.
I am making considerable savings every month and Very happy I have now changed my family over to Moose.

Great service and value for money! I was with Telstra before and skeptical of moving to Moose. But I am glad I made the right choice. Would have given 5 stars but internet service in some areas did not work.
Only the other day I had to disconnect one of my services due to a change of circumstances, and it was the smoothest, easiest disconnection I have ever done with a telco! I still retain my other service because they are so easy to deal with. Could not recommend them highly enough
The major telcos should actually attend a Moose Mobile customer service class. Then they might understand why people are leaving them.
Moose Mobile fees and rates vs it's call and data inclusions and customer service levels, only goes to show customers the extent to which the major telcos have treated customers with nothing but contempt.
I will continue to recommend Moose Mobile to anyone considering leaving their current provider.

I would because it's so simple, fast and with great personal, local (Australian) service and no lock-in contract and the most amazing value for calls and data. For example I was thinking of one of the big other carriers available, because of a similar data plan but as soon as I started filling out their online application it was so painful I decided to go with Moose and I have not regretted it. (For example, the other provider wanted to force me to pay by credit card as there was no other option but then advised me I would be charged a fee to do that - they also insisted on a credit check and there was a lock-in contract. Consumer reviews indicated, if there were difficulties you could expect painfully slow and frustrating webchat services and the like!) I keep telling others about moose as they have really delivered on their promises (in fact over-delivered because I got it faster) and I know if anything arises, I can just call them and resolve it easily.

Superior service, great coverage, more data and call credit for less than half the price of Telstra. No brainer. Very happy I went with Mooose.

Great to have found a cheaper phone service with all the trimmings. I was paying a lot more and not getting half -no make that 20% of the data I get now. And what’s more it’s an Australia based company.
This service is very good, however if you are considering getting this for your child, moose cannot stop the data when you go over and it is very expensive if you do, my child went $60 over before i realised and that is nearly a year on the $8 plan.
No hassles and so far have not had any long term outages. Able to access service from anywhere.
Any queries or disputes was resolved satisfactorily and amicably, and billing system advises well in advance when payment is due. Would happily recommend this service to anyone. I rate this service better than the big boys.
I am more than happy that I changed over to Moose Mobile on my son's recommendation. It was a very easy transition and I don't have to have a contract!! I can recommend Moose Mobile.

Very happy with moose no problems and easy to deal with and certainly have good packages to choose from and to top it off no contracts!
Price is so affordable but on places like Maleny Queensland signal is so poor. Perhaps need more signal improvement.

I chose a $34 with 10Gb unlimited call plan. David managed the transition of my number, deftly. I came close to limit, just once, & was, thankfully, notified. I can log in to track usage, compared to days remaining, anytime I remember to do it.
I'm very happy I changed to Moose Mobile some months ago and only wish I'd done it sooner. The transfer process was quick, simple and completely trouble free. Also very nice change to speak with someone you know is based in Australia and so knows and understands local conditions and issues. I can't comment yet on how responsive the after sales service because nothing has gone wrong!
Compared to the major players, Moose is a god send. You are a person and not a number. Can not fault the value and quality of the product. Customer service at Moose is second to none if my 50 odd years of experience with dealing with the telcos is anything to go by.

I have had any problems with Moose but Optus sometimes leaves a lot to be desired in the Mackay area especially Wifi Talk
