Montgomery General Practice

I was early for my 11 am appointment and was told that I was next in line, I waited approx 55 mins. A new patient who was very late for her appointment arrived and she was told that there is one patient before her. She then spoke to the head doctor and asked to be seen next. To my amazement he simply agreed to her request without affording me the courtesy of an explanation or apology bearing in mind that I have been going to this practice for a number of years. Because of the one hour parking restrictions, I could not wait any longer and cancelled my appointment. I was very annoyed to say the least and thought it was grossly unfair and an unethical practice on his behalf.
