Monster Clean is a winner for me! I have a beautiful light gold carpet that no professional carpet cleaners could restore to my satisfaction for 13 yrs. I finally saw Monster's reviews and couldn't believe the ratings. I sent an email asking if they came to Ferntree Gully. I got a call the next day. Ian came with his equipment, and what a difference! My carpet looked new again! He would clean an area and ask me to come and compare the difference. It was unbelievable. I highly recommend Monster Clean. You can believe the ratings. They are that good

This was such a great cleaning service! I called on a Saturday for an urgent cleaning, and I had Ian at my door within two hours. It was a great price, and our carpet looks wonderful.

I had my carpets cleaned by Ian the owner. I called a day before, and even though it was the holidays and they were extremely busy, they made time.

* I have a dog, and they were able to get up all stains!
* extremely professional, and curteous, and offered suggestions on maintenance.
* No muss no fuss, no hidden fees. What I was quoted over the phone is what I paid for.

I highly recommend Monster Clean! They totally saved my couch. Not only were they professional but they were also very friendly and the price was right. My microfiber couch was completely stained from years of spills and stains. It came out amazing!

Monster was exactly what you need in a carpet cleaner. They were efficient and professional, came on relatively quick notice, and were very competitively priced. Removed some pretty set stains from the previous owners in the process. Ian was the guy who cleaned our carpet, he was the utmost professional. I definitely recommend Monster.

What a great experience! I communicated and got a quote via FB messaging and was able to set up an appointment for the weekend. My very light colored carpet was filthy and Ian brought it back to life better than I imagined.

Fantastic service. I had a family emergency the day of my first appointment and they were gracious and accommodating in allowing me to reschedule. When we did - Ian went above and beyond to give us a great clean. Our stained filled carpet looks like new again!

Great job! We used this company to clean our carpet after 7 years of heavy use by us and our 2 spoiled dogs.

Ian has it going on! This is customer service BEYOND customer service. Get this...I'm moving...sent a note the night before the move because I decide last minute I wanted my couch cleaned before I moved and the mattress! Ian, the owner. I've worked with him twice(once on a sunday!) and found he's very responsive and professional. I had a full cup of coffee literally explode and it got all over my rug and a cloth chair. Ian came to the rescue! They arrived on time which is a plus. And they respected my home by wearing booties over their shoes, this was a big plus for me! The cleaning was very thorough and zero mess.
The rug smell brand new and look as good as the day i purchased them.

My dog decided to open up the trash bag and spread it throughout my living room carpet while i was out to dinner. Needless to say the carpet needed cleaning to remove the stains and the horrible smell asap. I called Monster Clean the next morning and had someone come out same day. The guy that came out was super friendly and started the labor right away. He recommended a special treatment due to the horrible condition my carpet was in and i agreed. A few hours after the cleaning the carpet dried and looked as good as new!

Had trouble getting out a tough stain out of an old off white carpet while potty training my new puppy. I was so devastated i thought i'd have to buy a whole new carpet. My friend suggested Monster Clean(after she previously used them) i gave them a call and the stain was gone! They left my carpet looking as good as new, while also completing their job promptly and efficiently!

Ian and Ann did a great job cleaning our carpet booked last night for 9:00am this morning. All the little stains that previous carpet cleaners were not able to get rid of are now gone! And I loved it that they were wearing those surgical foot covers the whole time while doing the job

Ian and Ann were able to schedule the carpet cleaning last minute and saved my bond. They cleaned our carpets thoroughly, especially one room that our cat had taken as her own. Texting is easier for them, just make sure your message go through. Mine didn't the first time and even thought it was my fault, they came the next day without a cancellation fee. We just had Ian and Ann back for the 3rd time to clean our carpets. They did a gret job for 5 rooms in about 1.5 hours. They use organic cleaning supplies and the drying is only a few hours. I was able to make an appointment within a few days. Also, they are very nice, polite, friendly and prompt. I also appreciate that they are a local and family owned business and deserve a high recommendation.

I have two son(6 & 8 yrs old) and they have wrecked havoc on my carpets, especially at the front door. Monster Clean with his state of the art equipment cleaned my carpet unrecoverable. I was prepared to pay hundreds of more dollars for a new carpet, but Monster Clean showed me otherwise.

I've used Monster carpet cleaning for years now, for our house and our rental properties. Ian, the owner, is great. Easy to contact to book an appointment, always shows up right on time, very efficient- in and out, plus he and his assistant are always extremely careful about our indoor-only cats. No one has ever escaped!! And Ian has found a way to squeeze me in when I've needed carpets cleaned on very short notice for a new tenant. Can't say enough great things about him, his firm and how great our carpets always look and smell!!

We had 2 apartments that had been well used and the carpets were terrible so this was no small task! The end result is great, the color of the carpeting has returned and there are only a few permanent spots that he was completely honest in his disclosure are permanent damage. Not surprising based on the use of our corporate apartments, our guests are not as experienced with maintaining a home as they often have help to do that at home!

Just used this company for second time, and they did an excellent job. Removed a stain on a rug I did not expect. Explained how to clean up (unfortunately) cat vomit. Carpets and rugs look great!

I was looking for extensive cleaning for my new kitchen and bathroom tiles. After searching i decided to give this business a chance. I called on Monday and was able to book an appointment for Thursday. Ian was very helpful and my main point of contact, i sent him pictures of what needed to be cleaned and he responded in a timely fashionable manner. Mind you, im such a picky individual and a clean freak! I couldn't be happier with the end results! They did such a great job and really took their time with the cleaning. I can not possibly say enough about how happy i am right now. For 13 months, i've been living with the dirty carpets that i inherited when i moved in, that i thought were always going to be the way they were, because they had been cleaned before to litt6le/no effect. i was working in my home office while they were working their magic, and i could scarcely believe my eyes when i walked into the living room and saw my like new carpet.

You might be able to find cleaners that will work for less, but doubtful they'll do a job like Ian's
