Monkey Mania

I used to bring my young child here for play dates and we even had a membership last year, but after our last experience, we will not be returning. Staff at Monkey Mania Top Ryde refused to accept our voucher on its last day of expiration. He spoke rudely and was contemptuous, claiming it had already expired. He refused to let us speak to any other staff or upper management. The way he communicated with me, in front of my child, was disrespectful and even racist. At the time it was practically empty, there were only a couple other customers in the entire place. The voucher was already paid for, but the loss of money was nothing compared to the disappointment my child faced and the incredible lack of respect and basic customer service.

The venue is small and dark in comparison to other local play centres, the floors are often dirty, the food offered is unhealthy and mediocre at best (burgers, chicken nuggets, chips..), and it does not offer the amenities that other centres do, such as free WIFI or hand sanitiser for the children. It's very expensive, even babies and adults have to pay entry, hence the gift card was a nice idea...but now even gift cards aren't worth it.

Have taken my kids here twice now, its alot small than the Bankstown Monkey Mania. Saying this is plenty of seats/tables.
Very roomy in the sitting area.

The play area as the kids say is fun, they still prefer Bankstown due to the size, though still have fun in the play area.

The centre is clean on both occasions we have been there.
Overall a good day out for the kids.

I wish they would validate the parking as 3 hours goes so fast.

Adults get a free coffee upon entry.
