The worst play centre I've attended with my 22 mth old boy. The toddler area has a very dangerous slide that is very difficult to climb up for a nearly 2 yr old . There is very little activities to do for this age group.

$10.50 - for 2 yrs old

I found this place after looking online. We had an awesome experience. The food was good, enjoyed a cupcake. It's clean and fun, I am sure we will be back!

Inexperienced staff, expensive food and poor service. Not worth your time or money. I was unhappy with a number of things and told that someone will contact me more than a month ago but haven't received the call yet!

I was really pleased to see they had a special toddler area. Sometimes you don't get that and little ones can get a bit lost.

Place was welll presented and staff smiley and helpful.

I will suggest it for our next play group meeting spot.

The toddler section is better than most with things low enough that even a crawling baby can enjoy it. The area for older kids looked awesome though I didn't look too hard as my oldest is under 3.
The food was nice but you did have to go up and get your food or drink when it was ready with meant leaving your children unattended (you can not see the toddler area at the food counter). The aesthetics in the eating area has much to be desired.
In other words, your kids will love it, and you will enjoy watching your kids play. You will even enjoy your meal. But be prepared for a little less appeal for yourselves. Not the best if you are wanting a little "me time" around the playground tantrums. ;) Strictly for kid enjoyment but they will definitely enjoy it.

I walked past here while shopping, and decided to try it out.

I'm glad I did- while my baby is too young to experience it, my 3 year old had a ball. I was surprised that there was an area for younger kids...although the big kid area was tempting!

I only wish they has an area for adults ;)

We had our daughter's 3rd party here last month.
Our party was amazing, great party host. Fun filled party, very organised & ran smoothly. The monkey was amazing, best dancer, kept kids entertained.

Save your money and do not spend it here. Ridiculously overpriced ($10.50 for a four month old baby?!), incompetent staff and poor service.
I joined several other mothers for a catchup. One mum called the day before and negotiated free entry for our babies (five months old and less) and upon arrival each mother was given attitude and begrudgingly had the entry price for their baby waived but not before having to endure being told the $10.50 entry price applied. We all bought drinks and food which took an eternity to arrive and several orders were wrong.
Incidentally this venue offers a deal for parents to pay $25 to leave their kids to play while they leave and shop at Harbourtown. Not only was their no visible supervision of these children(identifiable by their yellow bests) but I overheard one child tell the supervisor their sibling had bumped their head and his reply was 'are they bleeding? No? Okay I'll be there soon'.
I strongly advise you do not visit this play centre!

Took family kids to Monkey Mania and will take them again very soon that's for sure! Amazing play equipment and a great size venue, too. Toilets were clean, great selection of food and their party hire rooms won the kids over so much they both want their parties there!

Took my 18 month old son here - and he really had a ball in the toddler area - and his dad took him into the bigger kid area where he also really enjoyed the slide.
You can't bring in any outside food - however the meals inside are quite cheap & they have a range of sandwiches too.
If you're a member toddlers are only $5 on a Tuesday.
Adults get a free drink with their entry free

Today was spent at Monkey Mania at the Docklands. It's more expensive than other play centers, ($12.50) plus adults pay $3.50 in exchange for a coffee. The staff did not look that interested in their jobs here today. We ordered two bowls of chips for the kids and they said they had run out! Obviously not organized. Even in the school holidays. The kids enjoyed it. Sitting st the tables it is hard to see your child. It's not that big either compared to others.

Wasn't a HUGE fan of this play center. It is in Harbour Town Shopping Center. They offer a drop n shop program where you can drop the kids off for a fee. I met some friends there with our kids and it was Very hectic, loud and out of control!! The toddler area was very small and tucked at the back of the building although it is fenced. The admission price was more than most and there was a charge for parents also which is unlike any other indoor play center I have been to. On the plus side they give you a voucher for a free coffee (which you really pay for in the admission fee) - would go again but only as it is central.

Only been there once for a birthday party. Host didnt seem too organised...didnt do any activities with the children. The place itself is quite big. Its hard to keep an eye on your children there, which i wasnt too enthusiastic about. Food was delicious though

I had my son's 3rd birthday party at monkey mania, what a absoulte disaster, when we arrived 5 mins before the party started the last party hadnt even finished in the space room,Then we had to wait 30mins literally for my sons party to be set up and as some of his guests had allergies to food, I also paid an extra $50.00 for the "Monkey to attend the Party" only to find out on the day, that their was no Monkey and I only find this out, because i asked why we hadnt had the monkey yet and the Managers reply was oh no the person called in sick the smorning so theres no Monkey attending the parties today . The monkey was only booked for your party and 1 other, so were not having the monkey today. They so called "fixed this monkey stuff up by giving me a pass for 5 more free visits as they cant refund money back", as its not there policy. What a joke.

I was there once with my 2.5 years old daughter. I was surprised about the huge area in the middle with lots of tables and chairs, and the several smaller rooms at the right hand side of the playground, which are reserved for birthday parties only. There was a jumping castle and a huge climbing area with several slides and a ball shooting machine for the bigger kids. Also several computer games, which are in my opinion should not be available at an indoor playground. At last to mention is the toddlers area, which is a fenced small area with a mini-slide, some instruments chained to the wall and more playcomputers!!! As my daughter is fascinated by anything electronical and is also not allowed to watch much TV, she surely did spent her whole 2 hours in front of the computers instead of interacting with the other children. Although there were only 2 others at that time. All in all I must say that the price for under 3-year-old (8.50$) + the 3.50$ each parent has to pay (but you get 1 free drink LOL) is far too expensive and as said before: Playcomputers do NOT belong on a playground!!! I would not recommend to go there.

This place is a must if you are visiting the Docklands. It is great, we've taken the kids there several times. It's huge play area is fully enclosed in netting and the flooring is thick matting in case of falls. Kids of all ages can play in this massive area made up of 3 different levels and 3 large slides at the end. There are also 2 other play areas, one for toddlers with computer games and mini playgym which is enclosed with kid proof gating and then there is a jumping castle. Parents can sit and relax with a cuppa, the paper or a book and can see the play area clearly no matter where they sit. Cafe prices are a little high but not outrageous as some others. You can even leave the kids in the care of staff who will supervise them whilst you go shop in peace!!
