Moneytech

These guys are rubbish!! they lent Money to a builder employed by a tenant of mine. When the builder went bankrupt, Moneytech tried to sue me and 6 others, 7 defendants in total. 6 of the 7 defendants all had to declare bankruptcy as they did not have the funds to fight. I took this all the way to court and won and was awarded costs against them but it still cost me over $100,000 and 5 years. Be very careful if you borrow from them as they don't care about the truth
