MODERN GROUP ARE THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH . BRISBANE MANAGER JAMES IS A HOPELESS PATHETIC LIAR. The worst company that I have ever dealt with. Poor quality finish on my roof. Left gutters full of silt and sludge. Rushed job. Glued tiles back together instead of replacing them. Still waiting over 6 months for warranty claim to do the job properly. They provided NO QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL. Extremely poor communication and lack of care from management. Extremely over priced But very very quick to ask for money. Always making up excuses why they haven’t fixed their mistakes. If I could give half of 1 star I would. I paid over $12,000 for Modern Group to do my roof restoration expecting a high quality job and I feel absolutely embarrassed and humiliated. There are much much cheaper competitors out there, Shop around.
