Product delivered promptly was easy to find what I wanted.
Walking frame online order
We had delays and problems with poor communication from the couriers. I could see that Mobility Shop had actually dispatched the walking frame in a timely manner. It was slowed up by poor delivery service. Once I'd informed Mobility Shop Direct the staff member there was very responsive and tried to help.
The actual device arrived in good condition and was exactly as advertised. We are very happy with it.

Yes I would, apart from delivery, he just dropped it over the gate on a driveway that's probably a 150 meters long,I had to go collect it . As you will probably guess I use a walker so was difficult.
Ordered a Wheelchair from Mobility Direct (after my daughter had viewed the specifications and approved the purchase (my daughter being the Melbourne Manager of a company that deals with NDIS clients)) for my wife and was very pleased with the service, communication and knowledge of the staff at Mobility Direct. I am also waiting on arrival of accessories for the wheelchair that Mobility Direct are obtaining. A great company to deal with..

Joy for all - robotic cat - tuxedo
Ordered one of the robotic cats for my mum who has Alzheimer's. It is her birthday on Mother's day. Easy to order, and very competitive pricing. Delivery was super fast. Cat is lovely, purrs and moves (think the meow sound is made by a lady) but mum will love it. We used to have a black & white cat years ago. Looking forward to giving it to her. My cats are not fans and were quite disturbed by the new feline in our midst.
