Trained as a Mental Health Support Worker, a qualified Counsellor (including couples counselling) and an ACT Therapist I have spent much of my life seeking the best way to help people better understand and work through feelings of stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and improving self-confidence. I am constantly looking to add to my tool kit to make sure I can give the best possible advice and skills to clients, to help them reach their goals and improve on current thoughts and feelings.
