Whilst buying a gift to send to Mother In Law, I told the sales lady how it was going interstate via Post Office. Before I knew it she had double bagged and stuck an address label on the gift thereby saving me cost of post pak. That was after she took so much time finding an item I had seen in the store a week previously, all I could tell her was the colour and which stand it had been on.
