i go to different cafes alot especially in newtown i nwent into mickys i had a breakfast it was delicious i had a coffee it was nice and hot and friendly service
I've been to this cafe twice - the first time I had an average experience and the last time was really horrendous! The first time was for lunch and the food was pretty poor my friend's salad (I think it was Chicken Caesar Salad) had, no joke, four pieces of chicken for the whole salad. The last time we went the waiter was very rude when my companion asked about a particular dessert in which he replied "I don't know, it's just a cake". There are much better places to dine on King St, the one saving grace is the decor.

This place has amazing food! We have been there for breakfast and lunch and dessert and everytime the owner comes and greets us with a smile :) The Credit Crunch menu is a great idea and the potato and feta cakes are to die for!
