As a customer I have never experienced in my entire life such abhorrently bad treatment as I did at this elsternwick chemist, and by the proprietor no less! His attitude towards me was downright condescending, arrogant and bordering on just plain rude - to the point that I decided to abruptly leave the store rather than make a purchase of any kind. I wouldn't shop at Michael Shapp pharmacy even if it was the only chemist in the S.E Suburbs!!
The service here is very poor and customers are treated very poorly. i steer clear of this pharmacy as there are much better options close by. the prices are also higher than usual
My wife requires regular supplies of pharmaceuticals and Michael can always be relied on for rush orders. He also understands the demands of my wife's medical condition and provides the necessary support and sympathetic ear when we need it.
