This group are absolutely terrible. They hire inexperienced international backpackers (mine were young german boys) who struggle to decide how to lift anything hence taking forever to move anything safely. When I rang [Redacted identifying comment] to complain (during the moving process) she just wanted to know if I could afford the extended move timeline (due to the slowness and inefficiency) and when I said this wasn't about money but about the nightmare customer experience, she said she wouldn't let the boys complete the move that day until my 'first' bill was paid and then would 'let' them come back the next day to finish moving things. Seriously. She stopped the move to make sure I paid the bill (and made sure the boys hung on to my children's furniture in the truck until I paid $1688 using my credit card), and I never had them back as they had broken my dining table glass top (sorry, sorry, we are sorry), and also damaged my handmade timber bed (discovered when we tried to reassemble it). I"m still uncovering damaged goods today. Seriously, DO NOT let these people near your home or precious goods. [Redacted identifying comment] is a nightmare and has no interest in resolving your issues when she has your people on site. She doesn't even pretend to care. When I reported the poor performance she complained I refused to accept an extra truck and 2 more movers to my moving house. Seriously? Pay twice to pack up a single fronted, semi detached home due to her staff issues? The boys were so relaxed I even had a 'visitor' at the new home site delivering pizza and coke for them at 5pm. They didn't even ask me if this was ok given we still had half a truck to SLOWLY unload. DON'T USE THIS GROUP EVER.

Thank you for the second review relating to your move. Your sister Joanne has posted another one a short while ago relating to the perceived inefficiency of your move to which we have replied.
While I can understand that you are dissatisfied with the duration and cost of your move, it is the quantity of your possessions which have created a longer move and hence a higher final cost. Our 2 man team fully loaded a 10 tonne/55m3 truck to capacity with your goods in 4 hours which is considered an efficient duration for that quantity. We spoke during the course of your move where I discussed with you typical loading times taking into account the quantity of goods. You appeared to be satisfied with the discussion, therefor your review is surprising. I also advised you to contact AFRA for your own independent assurance regarding industry standard loading times.
You were offered additional men on the day as an option in order for your move to finish earlier. This was declined and the 2 man team completed the move.

I am not sure why you have mentioned that your team were young German backpackers. Your team were both Australian citizens, in their mid-thirtees and with a combined 18 years of furniture removals experience between them.
Regarding the damages that you have mentioned, I would urge you to contact our offices to discuss a resolution. Your sister did not mention any damage in her review and no damage was mentioned on the day of your move in your discussions with our office or any time after.

I don't know how you can say I was satisfied when I rang to complain. As usual, you are completely ignoring the issues I have complained about and just giving 'general' standard statistics as if this accounts for the issues, and damage plaguing my move (by your company). What happened to your 'customer satisfaction guaranteed' promise. You completely ignored my reported issues, and failed to address one of them. PLUS you then rang the movers and barred them from completing the move (they took the call right in front of me and had to walk away for privacy). Nothing short of a disgrace. My movers were young german boys, thickly accented and very inexperienced. Australian Citizens? LOL! Not that that should matter if they had a clue how to move furniture but they didn't. I notice you didn't even mention the damaged furniture. Shouldn't you ask the boys?? They acknowledged the broken tabletop and apologised. How hard is it for you to accept responsibility and address this situation? Impossible, which is why I'm warning people off.
