So professional and friendly. Every staff member we have encountered there is so helpful and caring. We have been twice now and will go back even though it’s by no means our closest service. The staff are really amazing with clients who are anxious they are so, so gentle if a cannula needs to be inserted. Nothing is rushed and they are great at explaining what’s going to happen with your procedure.

i would like to pass on to all the staff a huge thanks for the work they do
and the care they all have for their patients I have twice now been able to slot in for an urgent appointment at an inconvenient time for the business and they go out of their way to assist anyway they canm as they have also done for friends i have that have their scans done here. It is also a relaxing non confrontational atmosphere that they also provide Thankyou Brendan

Absolutely no reason not to rate them 10 out of 10. Friendly and a nice environment. My doctor trusts them too and I have total trust in him. I'll be using them from now that's for sure. Also they didn't try to encourage me to have a UV scan I didn't need, even though they could have and I would have paid for it. Impressive.

This facility is amazing, all the staff are very professional and compassionate, Zane is the kindest , caring doctor and I would recommend Mermaid Beach Radiology over any other ,

In every aspect, this business is top class - staff (professionalism, customer service, diligent, and provision of quick, reliable reporting of medical outcomes), equipment is ‘state if the art’ and the facility superbly caters for medical and comfort needs of all, from provision of easy parking and a welcoming coffee to the comfortable, well-designed and efficiently functioning clinic. What impressed me was the efficiency of the reception/front desk service, both on the phone and in person. Also the place is new and the equipment (for me the MRI machine) is the highest standard and quality. For a top class MRI without any rebate, the price is very good value.
