The work that they carried out was good. The bit that they said was "nothing really" (scratch on the bumper) was not included in the quote and when I later enquired it was pretty pricy.
Make sure that they quote on absolutely everything or you will be in for a nasty surprise.
On collecting my car, the lights had been left on and the battery was flat. They said it could be due to the cold weather??? They jump started me (I had to find the battery as they could not. It was in the usual spot under the hood) I was down the road when I noticed a light on the dashboard. They had to reset something due to the battery going flat.
I had a very flat deflated feeling on leaving. If the bumper quote was included in the original quote then they would not have been any less expensive than anywhere else.
