I found Doug this morning through womo and he has just left - we just needed our TV plug thing replaced and was originally going to come tomorrow, but called back and squeezed us in today. Amazing service! He was great, really friendly, efficient, let me know when he'd arrive. Would absolutely recommend!

Doug was excellent. Friendly, punctual, and very helpful when I had trouble buying the right part prior to his arrival. Well-priced too. I will not hesitate in using him again.

Firstly, Doug replies to text messages and calls as soon as he can. Does not treat women as fools and is always on time. If there is a slight variation with the appointment will give loads of notice to confirm it's OK with the customer. Polite, efficient, brilliant electrical skills and your ONLY Brunswick electrician. Well known in my street over many years has become 'our secret'. I never bother with a quote because safety & expertise is paramount, why would I bother? Job done once, job done right. 3 small jobs completed promptly on the day - we swapped a couple of light switches around on a panel for practicality, replaced a microwave globe (no way was I having a go after the YouTube video!) and checked a dud table lamp switch. A friend had left a retro lamp with me - more issues were revealed as Doug began to replace the old switch. He was completely honest re the high cost/time if my friend chose to go ahead with the work. All fully explained and demonstrated to me. Thanks Doug - always a pleasure!

Doug is very easy to deal with and prompt. Had an issue with my smoke detector. Called and he made time to come by the same day. Job done in next to no time. Could not recommend him highly enough.

Doug provides fantastic service. He's very efficient and on time and great at explaining things. He went above and beyond liaising with Citypower about our electricity upgrade. He managed numerous phone calls and kept us updated throughout the process. He also worked hard to minimise our charges from Citypower.

Doug is friendly and easy to work with. He provided me an estimate based on photos and descriptions I provided. He and Roger turned up on time, were professional with their work, checked with me on lighting positions etc.

I'd definitely engage Doug again in the future, and would recommend him.
