I booked a removal company 2 weeks ago who didn't turn up today, i was in such a panic i didn't know who to call.I called a few companies but no one wanted to come out in such short notice i came across Melbourne super cheap removals who helped use out total life savers i'm so thankful to them as i know its new years eve. We moved from a two bedroom town house across three floors to a single level home in Brunswick. peter was very responsive from my first enquiry and advised on how to pick up boxes before hand from his office location, costs for packing and the move. We decided to do most of the packing ourselves except for the kitchen which I asked peter and his team to pack up. peter rung a few days before to make sure everything was on track. Every interaction was respectful, prompt and enjoyable. Not one thing was broken and his team worked efficiently and expertly. The whole experience was stress free and all our precious things arrived at the new destination in one piece. I felt like the team were taking as much care with
our things as they would with their own. The day turned into a really hot one but peter and his team didn't complain at all. I would highly recommend peter and his team without hesitation and already have to a number of my friends!Thank you

I have moved house over 6 times and these removalists were hands down the best experience to date. From their amazing customer service, impeccable image, to the actual moving experience. Today I witnessed 2 of these trucks pull over safely and 4 blokes jump out and run up the road to help push a car that had stalled. I was so impressed that they actually stopped and thought to help. This alone will make me want to hire this company if you have staff that are so caring and for absolutely no reward at all. Seriously well done guys!

Run as fast as you can away from these crooks. If you don't believe me go to their website and click "About Us" and you will see they claim to have received 4 womo.com.au service awards from 2014 to 2017, yet I am their first reviewer. I had two dealings with them: the first they quoted me for a 2 hour job, it took 90 minutes, but then they wouldn't get off the property until I paid for 4 hours. *Get your quote in writing* Second was nearly 2 years later when my credit card was about to expire and I noticed $1500 charged to Super Cheap Removals. Of course it was a fraudulent charge and my bank refunded me straight away. These guys need to return from whence they came - prison.
