I have found Melbourne Roofing Solutions to be unreliable and unprofessional. They don't show up when they promise, and they never return phone calls (once the quote has been accepted). I am unhappy with some bedding they have performed for me, They tried to convince me over the phone that it would be OK, they'd just point over the gaps and cracks, and that I was exaggerating the extent of the problem. They eventually turned up, looked at the bedding that had already been done, and said that "oh, we hadn't finished that bit, we'll just stick some more mud in there before we point over it." I have tried expressing my concerns about overall job quality, they simply respond that theyГў??ve been doing this for 20 years, don't worry about it. I wish theyГў??d just walk off site and I'd never see or hear from them again.
We got this company in to do some minor repairs on our roof and were very unhappy with the quality of the work. We gave them 6 months to come back and complete the work but they have chosen not to, despite making many promises that they would. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
